Street2School Guardian operates as a multi-tenant platform:

Controlled by Organisations

Collected and managed by organisations:

Name, age, gender
School and class information
Attendance records
Academic performance (if enabled)
Remarks and support notes
Mentorship assignments

C. Attendance & Activity Data

Captured via mobile or web:

Attendance status (present/absent)
Timestamp of attendance
GPS location (to verify attendance location)
Optional photo evidence (if enabled by organisation)

D. Mentor & Staff Data

Name and contact details
Assigned students
Intervention records (summary-level)

How Data is Used

By Organisations (Data Controllers)

Full access to their own detailed data

Responsible for managing access within their organisation

B. AHYEL Access
